Caitlin has been with Sodexo since September of 2006, when xhe accepted the position of Food Service Manager at East Hartford Public Schools in Connecticut. Caitlin then held the General Manager position in Monroe Public School District in Monroe, CT from 2007-2009 before relocating to Newburgh, NY. Caitlin has been the General Manager for Mount Saint Mary College Dining since February of 2010.
Caitlin was born and raised in Newburgh, NY. Caitlin received a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from the University of Delaware. After completing her dietetic internship with the Florida Department of Education in Tallahassee, FL, she then returned to the University of Delaware to complete her Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition.
As the General Manager, Caitlin is responsible for all aspects of Mount Saint Mary College Dining Services’ operations, including The View dining facility, Hudson Cafe, Jazzman’s and catering services.
Caitlin is a Registered Dietitian with the American Dietetic Association. She is also ServSafe Certified in Food Safety by the National Restaurant Association and has participated in Food and Physical Safety Audits for Sodexo.
Caitlin is married to Ben and they are expecting their first child in March. Caitlin enjoys cooking, running, working out, the beach, and spending time at with family.

Matt Hill has been the Executive Chef with Sodexo at Mount St. Mary College for the past five years, and has been in the food service industry for 30 years. Matt attended the Culinary Institute of America, and is a member of the American Culinary Federation. Matt also works as a Culinary Foundations trainer and as a District Chef for Sodexo. He enjoys incorporating local produce from the Hudson Valley fall harvest in to culinary creations. His cooking has been influenced by trips to California, the Caribbean.
Matt is currently taking courses at the Culinary Institute and is working towards a ProChef Certification. He is also ServSafe Certified in Food Safety by the National Restaurant Association and has participated in Food and Physical Safety Audits for Sodexo.
Matt is married and has 3 children. In his spare time Matt likes fishing, woodworking and being his neighborhood handy man.

Kathy Reidy began her career with Sodexo in 2006 as a Supervisor in Aquinas Dining Hall. She worked here for 2 years and left in May of 2008 to work for Panera Bread. In October of 2009 she decided to come back to Mount Saint Mary and has since been promoted to Director of Resident Dining. The Mount is like family that was one of the driving forces why she came back.
Kathy grew in Nutley NJ and moved to NY after getting married. Kathy has been married to her husband Michael for 18 years. She is a 1987 graduate of Johnson & Wales University with an Associates degree in Culinary Arts. She worked as a chef for many years until deciding to stay home in 1998 and raise her 2 children Michael, 15 years old, and Erica, 12 years old. Kathy has lived in Cornwall for 15 years.
Some of her favorite things to do are running and gardening. She recently adopted a puppy in May his name is Otis.

Alison Bulin recently joined Sodexo as Catering Manager at Mount Saint Mary College in August of 2010. Prior to joining the Sodexo team, Alison spent her career in catering primarily in the wedding and social segment of the food industry. She has worked throughout the Hudson Valley and the New York City area for the past 20 years in such establishments as Windows on the World, Chalet on the Hudson, and the Grandview.
Alison’s love for the food industry started as a teenager in high school while working at the Kaufman Astoria Movie Studios in Astoria, New York. Here she was involved in both on and off premise catering for movie productions. Television shows and commercials. Alison received her degree in Hotel Restaurant Management from New York Tech.
Alison currently lives in the Hudson Valley with her daughter and two crazy cats.
